Roxanne is the only groomer my 2-year-old Maltese-Shih-Tzu mix, Bailey, has ever known.  I wouldn't think of having anyone else take care of  Bailey.  I love the convenience of having Roxanne come to our house, but even more than that, I appreciate the one-on-one attention and thoughtful care Bailey receives.  The calm atmosphere Roxanne provides in her mobile grooming salon is important to me.  Unlike some of my friends whose dogs are dropped off for a day at a groomer, I don't have to worry about Bailey being anxious or uneasy about her experience.  In addition, Bailey often receives compliments on her cute haircuts!

Roxanne has been grooming our dog for almost 6 months now and as far as we're concerned she can do it forever!  We're extremely pleased with her quality of work and the convenience of her service.  She is a true dog lover and treats our dog accordingly.

Her cuts seem to last longer than others we have had done and she's not afraid to spend additional time when the situation requires it.

I do few recommendations, but I will do so in Roxanne's case without hesitation.  You will be very pleased!

I am very happy to recommend Roxanne's grooming service to anyone who wants to put their dog in loving and expert hands.  I am always amazed at how healthily clean Nyxy is everywhere on her body, how her eyes are free of obstructing hair, and how "stylish" she looks after her session with Roxanne.  And I am never concerned about how she is being treated; I know Roxanne is caring and kind.  I also appreciate the caring bits of advice Roxanne shares, from keeping Nyxy's hair from matting, to helping deal with her stubbornness!

I used Roxanne Porter's Happy Paws services for many years - through Ramone, Carlos and Samantha...   I was so sad when she left the Chicago suburbs to head up to Wisconsin.  But, my loss is your gain.

Roxanne does a beautiful job grooming our pets and she is a dog lover.  All of my dogs were excited when her truck would pull into our driveway - NOT the case when we go to the groomer now.

The utter convenience of having Rox come to my house was priceless.  And, it was far less stressful for the dogs.  Actually, it was very cost efficient - saved me time and the price was comparable to going to a grooming shop.

I trusted Roxanne implicitly and she would often come in and "fetch" one of the dogs for grooming if I had to leave the house.

To give an indication of her character, I think she grieved as I did as our first two dogs aged and went to doggie heaven.  She is a great groomer, a caring and honest person.

Roxanne has been grooming my 3 dogs for a little over 2 years now and she does a fantastic job.  I used to take all of my dogs from Oak Creek to Racine for grooming and pay the same price for a job that I wasn't even satisfied with.  The fact she comes right to my home and makes my dogs feel so comfortable is most definitely a bonus!  I love the job she does and my dogs love her!
